As one of 21 partners in the international U_CAN project, coordinated by Technische Universität Dresden, on May 23-24, 2024 TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS Foundation representatives attended the kick-off meeting in Dresden. During the meeting, our experts from Ukraine, Anna Zmiievska and Lina Smovziuk, PhD, led a workshop on U_CAN Project Platform requirements.

The project’s goal is striving towards carbon neutrality of Ukrainian cities – associating Ukrainian cities with the Climate-neutral and Smart Cities Mission.

In the project, TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS Foundation is responsible for the technical implementation of the interactive online platform which will be created for engagement of stakeholder networks, integrating project activities and findings, developing a multipurpose Interactive Map, which will showcase the reach of the U_CAN stakeholder network and accumulate data used in analytical studies and findings generated by the project, and contributing to the creation of the roadmap for empowering citizens, civil society organisations, and other relevant actors to guide them in the process of collectively developing effective strategies to address climate action challenges.
